脫氮硫桿菌在生物脫硫技術(shù)中的應(yīng)用

沼氣作為一種新興能源其應(yīng)用越來越廣泛,在我國(guó)環(huán)保標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中嚴(yán)格規(guī)定,利用沼氣能源時(shí),對(duì)沼氣氣體中H2S的含量做了明確的規(guī)定。所以在使用沼氣之前,必須脫除其中的H2S。沼氣脫硫的方法有三種,其實(shí)以生物脫硫穩(wěn)定無(wú)污染。在生物脫硫的過程中,我們用到比較多的微生物是氧化亞鐵硫桿菌,脫氮硫桿菌。氧化亞鐵硫桿菌的情況我們上次已經(jīng)講過了,這期我們就介紹一下脫氮硫桿菌的情況吧。

脫氮硫桿菌是一種專性無(wú)機(jī)化能自養(yǎng)型細(xì)菌,可以在氧化硫化物的過程獲得能量,所以他們成為在廢水同步脫硫反硝化處理工藝中的主要功能微生物。
Thiobacillus denitrificans is a kind of specific inorganic energy autotrophic bacteria, which can obtain energy in the process of sulfide oxidation, so they become the main functional microorganisms in the process of simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification of wastewater.
脫氮硫桿菌分布很廣,可在10~37℃,pH為4.0~9.5的條件下生長(zhǎng),適生長(zhǎng)溫度為28~30℃,適pH 6.5~7.0。脫氮硫桿菌對(duì)高鹽度環(huán)境的適應(yīng)性不強(qiáng)。脫氮硫桿菌能夠利用的氮源范圍很廣,可以是氨鹽、硝酸鹽、亞硝酸鹽以及氨基酸等,在厭氧條件下,硝酸鹽又被作為電子受體而被還原。在硫循環(huán)體系中,好氧條件下,脫氮硫桿菌以氧為電子受體氧化還原硫化合物而獲得能量。厭氧條件下,脫氮硫桿菌以反硝化反應(yīng)的方式同時(shí)參與硫、氮循環(huán),以硝酸鹽中的氧來氧化硫化合物。
生物脫硫
Thiobacillus denitrificans are widely distributed and can grow at 10-37 C and 4.0-9.5 pH. The optimum growth temperature is 28-30 C and the optimum pH is 6.5-7.0. Thiobacillus denitrificans is not adaptable to high salinity environment. Thiobacillus denitrificans can utilize a wide range of nitrogen sources, such as ammonia, nitrate, nitrite and amino acids. Under anaerobic conditions, nitrate is reduced as an electron acceptor. In the sulfur cycle system, under aerobic conditions, Thiobacillus denitrificans use oxygen as electron acceptor to oxidize and reduce sulfur compounds to obtain energy. Under anaerobic conditions, Thiobacillus denitrificans take part in both sulfur and nitrogen cycles in the way of denitrification, and oxidize sulfur compounds with oxygen in nitrate.
